Categories of Membership

Charter Member
“Charter Members” are Chambers of Commerce, Business and Industry Councils and Associations, promoting trade with Western Australia.

Corporate Member
“Corporate Members” include but are not limited to;

•    Australian and foreign corporations who are stakeholders in the Western Australia – worldwide economic relationship
•    Embassies
•    Consulates
•    Government authority or body,
•    Trade commissions and other agencies.

Corporate Membership is divided into two sub categories:

(a)    Ordinary membership;

(b)    Sponsor membership

Individual Member
“Individual Member” means an individual who is promoting trade with Western Australia.
 

Application for Membership

An organisation or individual wishing to become a Member must apply for membership to the IBC in writing on the prescribed form. (Download membership form)

The Management Committee will consider each application at its next meeting and accept or reject the application.
